All goods and services purchased from the Company and any of its divisions are sold subject to the following terms and conditions of sale which shall prevail notwithstanding any other document, terms and conditions and/or anything else except a written agreement signed by the Customer and the Company, except only for such terms, guarantees, indemnities or other obligations as are implied or imposed by or under any law and which cannot be excluded.
- All sales of tickets, merchandise, and any material purchased in affiliation with 100 Healed are final. There are no refunds once purchase is completed.
- Sales finalized by human error are not subject to a refund. Purchases made with 3rd party vendors are accepted, however issues within the processing time or financial transactions will need to be directed to such vendor upon discovery of financial issue or obligation.
- The 100 Healed staff and associates do not accept liability for illness, injury, or death while attending a 100 Healed event.
- Personal items lost and/or stolen are not the responsibility of staff and associates of 100 Healed.
- It is expected that all participants will attend applicable sessions during the conference. However, should a participant choose to not attend or unable to attend for any reason, there will not be a refund for session.
- Personal information will not be sold or marketed to any party not associated with 100 Healed.
- 100 Healed reserves the right to not service any participant should they find the behavior of the participant to be unprofessional or improper.
